Discord Account Information
When you authenticate through Discord OAuth or otherwise interact with the bot, the Services may process information supplied by Discord that is necessary for the requested functionality, including:

- avatar or profile image;
- email address and email verification status, when authorized through Discord OAuth;
- publicly available profile information;
- server/guild identifiers;
- role or membership information available to the bot;
- OAuth authorization information; and
- verification/account-linking status.
The Services use passwordless Discord authentication and do not collect your Discord password.
Public Information
Features may process information that you have made publicly available on Discord or another service when necessary to provide a requested feature.
Public availability does not eliminate applicable privacy protections.

Non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies will not be introduced without any consent or disclosure required by applicable law.
8. Discord OAuth
When you choose to sign in with Discord, your browser is directed to Discord for authorization.
Discord handles your Discord credentials.
SxmplyJythyy Utilities receives only information made available through the OAuth permissions you authorize.
Revoking Discord authorization may prevent some account features from functioning.
Successful website logins record your connection IP address, browser user-agent string, Discord ID and username, and login time for account security and abuse prevention. These security records are visible only to the website founder, expire after 30 days, and are removed when the website account is erased. IP-ban entries are maintained separately until reviewed and removed. Shared IP addresses are not treated as proof that accounts belong to the same person. Contact us for access or erasure requests covering security records or retained restrictions.
Website Settings displays saved email and server role information, refreshed at sign-in. Settings also offers a download of stored website account data and confirmed deletion of the website account and its login sessions. This self-service tool does not cover contact emails, hosting logs, backups or Discord's own records; use the privacy contact details below for a broader access or erasure request. Role-check access tokens, when needed, are encrypted in expiring server-side sessions and are not included in downloads.
9. Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal information may be disclosed to categories of recipients necessary to operate the Services, including:
- Discord;
- hosting and network infrastructure providers;
- content-delivery and security providers;
- database or storage infrastructure;
- service-monitoring providers;
- professional advisers where necessary; and
- government or law-enforcement authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Personal information is not disclosed to unrelated third parties merely for their independent marketing purposes.
10. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
SxmplyJythyy Utilities does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
SxmplyJythyy Utilities does not intentionally “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is used by the CCPA/CPRA.
Accordingly, the Services do not presently provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism because there is no sale or advertising-related sharing from which to opt out.
If those practices change, this Policy and any legally required opt-out mechanisms will be updated before or when such processing begins.
11. Data Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, account operation, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
As an implementation standard, the following retention periods should be used unless a shorter or longer period is required for a documented reason:

- deleted-account information: removed or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is legally necessary;
- routine security/server logs: ordinarily no longer than 30 days;
- support communications: ordinarily no longer than 12 months after resolution; and
